LED Digital Analyzer
Another new product we added to our line is the LED Digital Color Analyzer from GPS GmbH.
It allows fast and automatic testing for Color and Brightness (intensity) of Light Emitting Devices (LEDs).
This digital LED analyzer comes with 3 or 5 channels and tests the full spectrum of visible LEDs from
very dim to the brightest on the market.
The new digital color sensor allows unrivalled repeatability for color and intensity.

In following applications this LED Analyzer is utilized:
• PCB LED Test
• Automotive (Dash Board, brake lights, head lights, interior etc.)
• Switches with LED Backlighting
• Telecommunications (Mobile phones, Backlighting etc.)
• Industrial and Medical Instrumentation
• Signal Lights (Traffic Lights, Signs etc.)
• Architectural Lighting
• and many more
Color Sensor - LED Test
The color sensor consists in three photodiodes, which are integrated in one chip.
They are arranged as segments in a circle with a diameter of 2,0 mm.
The color sensor allow signal frequences up to the MHz range.
In order to reach a low crosstalk, the induvidual sections were separated.
The color senors are sensitized with dielectric colour filters, especially for the primary colours
red, green and blue.

ISP Programming
(On-board programming)
RNS International continues adding valuable partners with services and products providing top solutions to our customers improving their productivity and reducing costs.
The global electronics manufacturing market requires high volumes and low production costs. Therefore, programming time is a key factor.
The WriteNow! technology is targeted to on-board (in-system) programming and has been designed to achieve high speed programming, while maintaining reliability and flexibility.
The WriteNow! technology has been created with speed and reliability as key features and employs state-of-the art components and techniques to give birth to the WriteNow! Series of In-System Programmers

True Parallelism, High Speed
Typically, PCBs are grouped into PCB panels.
To program all of the devices in a panel, a traditional approach consists of using either multiple programming tools (with added costs and complexity) or a demulti- plexing solution (with slow overall programming time).
The WriteNow! technology allows the programming of up to 8 devices at once, drastically reducing programming times, costs, and system complexity. In addition, the WriteNow! technology performances allow to reach the theoretical programming speed for any given device, thus shortening as much as possible the programming phase of the production process
Worldwide Remote Control
Manufacturing companies often need to synchronize local data (for example: firmware residing on a central server) with distant production facilities.
Thanks to its LAN connectivity and its built-in, password- based data encryption features, the WriteNow! technology allows production data to be securely sent over the Internet from a local R&D laboratory directly to any other WriteNow! instrument in the world.
Likewise, distant WriteNow! instruments can be remotely controlled from a local PC.
